Regions

In principle, we invest across the EU. As a hands-on investor with a focus on early-stage and expansion projects, however, we like to be in close contact with our portfolio teams and therefore focus on our core markets in German-speaking Europe (D, A, CH) and the EU-countries bordering Austria.

We do consider investments outside this area under the following conditions:

  • Investments in areas where we have special industry expertise and network (see Sectors),
  • Investments that have strong synergies with existing portfolio firms,
  • Investments in co-operation with a trusted lead-investor whom we ideally have worked with before.
