CenterPoint – Connective Software Engineering GmbH

CenterPoint developed and marketed software for Integrated Manufacturing Solutions (IMS), Advanced Process Control (APC) and Advanced Equipment Control (AEC) for industrial applications, especially Semiconductor Manufacturing. As CenterPoint´s business has not been scaling as planned GCP sold its shares to co-investors in early 2007. The company filed for bankruptcy in June 2008.
