gcp gamma capital partners (GCP) is managing the Venture Capital Funds iLab24 (vintage 2002) and gamma II (vintage 2003), investing them alongside in technology-oriented growth companies in German-speaking Europe. Both funds are close-ended with a regular lifetime until 12/2010. Since first quarter 2006, both funds have seized investing in new opportunities (end of the investment phase), the focus is on developing and profitably exiting the existing portfolio.

By issuing new shares in both iLab24 and gamma II, GCP now offers new investors the unique opportunity to participate in the value development of these mature funds at the attractive late-end, prior to value inflexion and realisation, and at the same terms as existing investors.
