gamma capital partners' third fund, gamma III, is focusing on technology investing in German-speaking Europe and the CEE countries surrounding Austria (Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia and Slovenia).
The Funds’s objective is to generate returns in excess of three times original investment, with a gross IRR over 30% by investing in “Global Technology Plays” and "Regional Champions”.
gamma III’s fund size is targeted at €75m, with a hard cap of €100m, to be invested over a period of four years from final closing, with GCP contributing 2% of the capital.
