GMP is Austria's first independent (non-captive) Mezzanine Capital fund, which has started its operations with the first Mezzanine Capital investment into Fulterer end of March 2008. GMP focuses its financing activities on profitable companies with annual revenues between €5m and €50m, with Mezzanine Capital tickets being in the range of €0,5m and €5m for internationalisation, acquisition, management-buy-out or buy-in.
GMP Gamma MezzoPreneurs capitalise on GCP's strong deal flow as well as market requirements for non-captive Mezzanine Capital in the D-A-CH region and CEE countries bordering to Austria. GMP is an evergreen fund which is currently 100% owned by GIC Gamma Invest Corporation and open for fundraising via GIC or directly into GMP.
