GIC will become the public listed fund-of-funds vehicle of gcp gamma capital partners (GCP). Through investing in GIC you have the chance to participate in GCP’s privately owned venture capital funds and our newly founded mezzanine arm (GMP - Gamma MezzoPreneurs).

GIC Gamma Invest Corporation will combine the strengths of a public listed stock (e.g. higher liquidity, low minimum deposit), broat diversification of portfolio (i.e. above 20 companies) and the growth potential of GCP’s privately held portfolio companies. The IPO of GIC Gamma Invest Corporation is targeted in 2010-1012.
